    Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimize the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it's been processed. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact our support team via Live Chat or telephone during normal business hours. If we're not able to prevent your order from shipping, we'll set up a return for refund and as long as your product is unopened, we'll be happy to waive our standard 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

    Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days. We cannot guarantee your order will ship with in 1 day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

    Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.

    Customs Value: JayJay Cases is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.

  • Military Shipping

    We gladly ship to APO and FPO locations. Be sure to select Economy Domestic Shipping as your shipping option. Unfortunately, we cannot send express service to APO or FPO addresses. When filling out the address section of the cart, please place your Unit number in the "Address" field along with your box number (if required), APO or FPO in the "City" field, and select the appropriate Armed Forces region from the State drop-down.

    Our webstore currently accepts utilized the convienience of PayPal. Payment can also be made with Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards with a PayPal Account. We are unable to accept Pre-paid cards from our online store at this time.
